No. Therapists on NexaTherapy provide services independently. NexaTherapy provides platform infrastructure for scheduling, payments, and access governance.

Therapists may choose to create private case notes within the Platform for their own professional reference. These notes are maintained by the Therapist and are not visible to clients. NexaTherapy does not supervise, monitor, or evaluate the clinical content of such notes. Access to case notes is restricted and may occur only in limited circumstances, such as where required by law or as part of a valid compliance, safety, or dispute-related review.

No. NexaTherapy does not record therapy or coaching sessions. This is a deliberate design decision to minimise unnecessary data exposure and preserve trust between therapists and clients.

NexaTherapy applies compliance governance to platform-level matters such as onboarding, access rules, payments, and disputes. Clinical decisions and outcomes remain the responsibility of the therapist.

NexaTherapy provides governance processes for platform-level disputes (e.g. booking, payment, no-shows) without intervening in clinical matters.

Early Access allows therapists and clients to join the platform in phases as onboarding, verification, and launch readiness progress.

No. Early Access provides access to the platform when onboarding opens. Demand and bookings depend on availability and marketplace conditions.

Phased onboarding helps ensure verification accuracy, platform stability, and a safe rollout across jurisdictions.

NexaTherapy operates on a subscription model rather than taking commissions from therapy sessions.

A subscription model avoids per-session incentives that could influence clinical decisions, preserves therapist autonomy, and supports transparent pricing for clients.

Subscription details are shared during therapist onboarding, after verification requirements are met, and will be available post-launch.

No. Clients do not pay a subscription fee to use NexaTherapy.

Clients can browse therapists based on availability, pricing, and profile information provided by therapists.

NexaTherapy launches initially in Singapore and Malaysia, with Australia supported in a passive and constrained mode. Availability may expand over time.
